It's important to come prepared for any adventure, so here's what you need for this one:

• Suitable Clothing - it's key that you turn up for our cave and mine tours in the correct clothing for the environment we're in, which means enough layers to keep you warm during colder days! These might get muddy

• Waterproofs - This activity takes us through some damp areas, so these will prevent you from getting soaked. Also, did you know, it rains on average of 200 days a year in the Lake District? You should bring that jacket just in case!

• Well-fitting, Grippy Footwear - some surfaces may be damp, so it's best to wear shoes with good grip on the soles, such as boots or outdoor trainers.

• Any required medication for before, during or after the activity
