This adventure requires 2 - 6 participants to run

Groups including under 18s: For every 2 Child Participants (8+) we require 1 Adult Participant (18+)

When you come Caving in Great Douk with us, we will have the following gear for you to use:

Helmet - this will protect your head in case of any unexpected impacts with rocks or your fellow cavers!
Harness - a support system made of straps & buckles, with cowstails, which we use to clip onto safety lines through areas of higher risk
Abrasion-resistant Coveralls - to protect clothing and provide an additional layer of warmth
Head Torch - it's dark underground, so let's light the way!

Every cave experience with LD Adventures is delivered by our experienced guides who take you through your adventure with fun and safety in mind!

It's important to come prepared for any adventure, so here's what you need for this one:

Clothing with full coverage - these will get muddy and wet! You must arrive at this adventure in suitable clothing, no matter the weather outside, this mine will be cold, damp and muddy!
Full change of clothes and a towel
Good fitting, grippy footwear - these will get wet and muddy! Old trainers or boots are great - Flip flops, crocs and water shoes ARE NOT!
Drinks and Snacks
Any required medication for before, during or after the activity.
