It's important to come prepared for any adventure, so here's what you need for this one:

Suitable clothing for the walk - it's key that you turn up to our walks in the correct clothing for the environment we're in, that means enough layers to keep you warm during colder days! These might get muddy
Waterproofs - Did you know it rains an average of 200 days a year in the Lake District? You should bring that jacket just in case!
Well-fitting, Grippy Footwear - Boots are the best option in preventing ankle injuries, and have the best grip too. They need to be well-fitting to prevent blisters (That means this shouldn't be your first outing in them, try them out for a couple of days beforehand to "Break them in")
Drinks and Snacks
Any required medication for before, during or after the activity
